Activity Center (SAC)
The Student Activity Center is considered one of the finest college recreational facilities in the Midwest. The SAC was built in 1990 as an addition to Rose Center. It covers 175,000 square feet and is fully accessible to people with disabilities. The facility houses an Olympic-sized swimming pool, racquetball, basketball and volleyball courts, a bowling alley and conditioning rooms with Nautilus equipment and free weights. Students and community members use the SAC for a wide variety of activities including aquatics, aerobics, fitness training, jogging, billiards, indoor soccer, archery, table tennis, badminton, tennis, floor hockey, dancing and leisure activities.
